I provide psychotherapy services to adults, age 18 and older, located in Washington State.
I provide hypnotherapy to adults 18 and older throughout the United States and Internationally.
There are a few exceptions. Please contact me to discuss.
I am currently only providing Telehealth appointments. Sessions are provided via a secure, HIPAA compliant, online platform.

SERVICES/FEES
Fee - $185 per session hour - 50-55 minutes
I offer a free 20 minute phone or video consultation for potential new clients where we will discuss your goals, my therapeutic approach and determine if we are a good fit to work together. A link to Intake and Disclosure Forms will be emailed to you once we decide to work together.
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale slots per week for $155 per session hour. If you require a sliding scale, please inquire if these spots are currently available.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
I accept debit/credit card payments (using Stripe application). Payments are due at the end of each session.
INSURANCE
I am an in-network provider with Premera, Regence, LifeWise and First Choice Health Insurance. If you are using insurance, you will want to confirm your mental health benefits and your co-payment or co-insurance amount, which is due at time of service. Also, if your deductible has not been met, you are responsible for paying in full the allowable amount for mental health counseling per your insurance company. It is recommend that you contact your insurance plan to verify coverage since all plans vary.
If you are not using insurance, payment in full is due at the end of our session and I will provide you with a monthly receipt upon your request that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company to confirm if they will reimburse you for out of network providers.
